My Place is an R&B/hip hop song by the American hip hop artiste Nelly from his fourth (4th) studio album Suit. The song was produced by Doe Mo’ Beats and features American R&B singer Jaheim.
It was released as the first single from the album on July 16, 2004. However, in the UK and New Zealand, it was released as a double A-side with Flap Your Wings.
My Place peaked at number four (4) on both the US Billboard Hot 100 and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts, while reaching number one (1) in the UK, New Zealand and Australia.
