Luther Vandross Dance With My Father:

American talented singer-songwriter and record producer Luther Vandross recorded Dance with My Father as the title track to his thirteenth (13^th) studio album released in 2003.

Vandross co-wrote the R&B/pop song with fellow American singer-songwriter Richard Marx. The song is a tribute which expresses the nostalgia felt by Vandross as he reminisces on fond childhood memories of dances with his father (and mother).

Dance with My Father was hugely successful and  hence is considered to be Vandross’ signature song. The song won the award for the Song of the Year and also Best Male R&B Vocal Performance at the 2003 Grammy Awards.
